what to expect
Every session is a shared creative process. It’s relaxed, intentional, and most importantly FUN!
Dance is already an art form and what I love that you can mix the art of dance into fine art photography. The way the body can be frozen in time creates moodiness, drama, beauty, elegance.. so much emotion!
Before the session I usually ask you to send over a few images or a small mood board of what you’re drawn to and we can work together to try get these poses but unique to you.
The atmosphere is fun, creative, and genuinely enjoyable. It often feels more like hanging out and creating something together than being in a traditional photoshoot. Creating art is so fun and I get excited when my clients get as excited as me when we get the shot.
This experience tends to suit dancers who are passionate about their craft and excited by the idea of creating something expressive, artistic, and a little bit different.
When that energy is there, the process flows easily and the final images reflect that connection.
